This is so wrong, it’s painful to read.

It’s hard enough to call a therapist and ask for help. But when you’re reading how evil you are scrolling through social media, it might be hard to believe that your therapist won’t judge you as well.

They DON’T THINK OF THEMSELVES AS NARCISSISTS.
Ergo, they aren’t feeling badly about articles on narcissism.
BTW, the reason you’re seeing so many articles on narcissism as you browse is algorithms that learn what you click on. It’s customized to you.
