Kanye, Kim, Kids, and Pete: A Valentine’s Day Nightmare
Is anyone keeping them safe?
I’m the wrong person to write about this. I know that.
I have never watched Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
I’m not bragging or apologizing. I just haven’t. It doesn’t make me a better person. I see articles about all of them. I read the articles. I have opinions.
I don’t watch SNL. I do see clips of episodes, but my tv doesn’t have channels since the divorce. Pete is very relatable, from what I’ve seen and read.
I am not a fan of Kanye’s music, although I know he’s very creative and I saw James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke episode where he flew on a plane and heard a choir singing with Kanye and it was EPIC. I loved it.
I didn’t see the Super Bowl, either. But I saw the clip of him getting booed. I saw how sad his kids looked.
What I do feel strongly about is the narrative playing out.
I wanted to write a breezy piece about Pete being Everyone’s Boyfriend on this Valentine’s Day. About his refreshing realness. About how he pulls the most beautiful women and what other men could learn from him.
I wanted to talk about how it’s great, even from a distance, to see Kim relaxing and looking happy.
