America is sick, and he’s the contrast dye.

A man in a suit, mostly famous for saying “You’re fired” and an Eastern European model in a white frock ride majestically down an escalator, to announce his run for the presidency of the United States of America.

It was like a scene from a parody, a spoof.

But it was real.

I watched the escalator scene with amusement and disgust. It was a train wreck, a circus, a mockery, and he was taking it so, so seriously.
